All of our carts come equipped with the required accessories and equipment for in town road driving.
The following rules apply to all golf cart driving in the City of Arnolds Park:
Golf carts cannot be operated on public sidewalks, bike trails or in City parks.
Golf carts cannot be operated on Highway 71, and may cross only at a 90 degree angle.
Golf carts shall not exceed 25 miles per hour.
No golf cart shall carry more passengers than the golf cart is designed for.
Golf carts shall not be used to tow anything.
The operator of a golf cart shall have a valid driver's license.
No person shall operate a golf cart while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
No person shall operate a golf cart in a careless, reckless, or negligent manner endangering the person or property of another or causing injury or damage to same.
The operator of the golf cart shall be responsible for any municipal infraction issued.
Golf carts are subject to the same parking regulations as a motorized vehicle.
Operating a golf cart requires observation of all State and local traffic code provisions.
All carts are permitted through the City of Arnolds Park by Oak Hill Marina. Any citations issued will be the responsibility of the renter.
All other town permits must be obtained by the renter.
